Easy Fruit Smoothie
You need: 1 banana 1 cup frozen strawberries 1/2 cup yogurt 1/2 cup milk or juice 1 teaspoon honey (optional) 3 ice cubes
Directions: 1. Wash your hands and make sure an adult is nearby to help with the blender. 2. Peel the banana and break it into pieces. 3. Put the banana, strawberries, yogurt, milk, and ice into the blender. 4. Add honey if you want a sweeter drink. 5. Place the lid on tightly. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds, or until the smoothie looks thick and smooth. 6. Pour into two cups and serve right away.
Tip: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk. If it is too thin, add a few more frozen strawberries.
